Uni-Source Supply is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. This position is responsible for building strong customer relationships, understanding project needs, and helping contractors, businesses, and homeowners find the right products and solutions.
The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and comfortable working with customers in a fast-paced sales environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection and purchasing decisions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, businesses, and other customers.
- Prepare quotes and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Learn and maintain knowledge of Uni-Source Supply’s products and services.
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing customer relationships and generate new business.
- Provide professional and responsive customer service.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Previous sales or customer-service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Organized and detail-oriented with good follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with building materials, construction products, or related industries is a plus.
