We are teaming up with The Project Delivery Group to redesign the large main kitchen at Melia Resort in Nassau along with their Staff Canteen. The main kitchen services multiple outlets and is in desperate need of not just new equipment but a complete overhaul of the workflow. We look forward to bring this resort a much needed overhaul in the kitchen.
