I graduated from the University of Florida in 1998 with a degree in Finance and immediately joined my family’s business, Uni-Source. I started in inside sales, where I quickly developed a strong knowledge of the foodservice and hospitality equipment industry.

Within a few years, I recognized the need to better assist customers with space planning so equipment layouts would be both functional and properly integrated into the building design. This led me to establish Uni-Source’s Design Department, which today includes several designers and project team members.

To support this initiative, I taught myself AutoCAD and began producing increasingly detailed and precise layouts. Over time, our design services expanded to include mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) information, resulting in a comprehensive Foodservice and Laundry Design Package.

Today, the design department is one of three core divisions within Uni-Source that I oversee. In addition, I help manage the company’s sister operations in Turks & Caicos, Grenada, and St. Vincent.

I have been a driving force behind the growth and success of our company since its earliest days. My husband, Denniver, founded the company in June 1989, and in July of that same year, I relocated with our family and officially joined the business. From the beginning, I immersed myself in every aspect of the operation, helping build the foundation the company stands on today.

In the early years, I took on a very hands-on role in daily operations, often driving the delivery truck with my loyal four-legged companion, Mr. Benji, by my side. Those experiences gave me a deep, practical understanding of our business and reinforced the importance of dependable service and strong customer relationships.

Over time, I became a true jack of all trades within the company, contributing across accounting, sales, logistics, and operations. My versatility, work ethic, and commitment have played an important role in shaping our culture and supporting our continued growth. Today, I remain dedicated to bringing decades of experience, attention to detail, and a personal touch to everything I do.

I began my journey with Uni-Source as a college freshman, and alongside my family, I’ve been proud to help shape and grow the company into what it is today.

As the Senior Project & Sales Coordinator at Uni-Source Supply International, I help clients every step of the way, from planning and design to quoting and execution. I’m always learning and growing in this field, and I love what I do. Bringing spaces to life that people can use and enjoy is the best part of my job, and I thrive on coordinating projects, solving challenges, and making sure clients feel supported from start to finish..

Through my profession as an architect, I have developed a passion for designing spaces based on their functionality. Beyond just looking good, I want them to function even better than expected, using the necessary tools to achieve projecting it, and that is what I enjoy most about my work.

I’ve spent over 30 years in the hospitality industry, and I still love what I do every day I get to work with amazing teams to bring ideas to life and see our hard work make a real impact. I oversee the flow of orders from start to finish — from coordinating shipments to personally helping pack and prepare them each week. I take pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly, ensuring every order is handled with care and efficiency.

I spent six years working in the restaurant industry before transitioning into sourcing hospitality and restaurant supplies. I enjoy this role because it allows me to stay connected to the hospitality world while exploring a new side of the business. Every day brings something different, which keeps the work both engaging and rewarding.

I handle receiving shipments, organizing inventory, and coordinating orders across departments. I also manage local pickups and deliveries, making sure we get what we need on time to keep our operations moving efficiently.

As Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator, I manage and track orders from start to finish — ensuring shipments move smoothly between suppliers, warehouses, and customers. I take pride in keeping communication clear, schedules on track, and logistics running efficiently every step of the way.

I’m part of the warehouse team and handle most of our local pickups and deliveries. I enjoy being on the road and making sure our materials and orders get where they need to be on time.
