Uni-Source, working with the owners of Snook’s Bayside in Key Largo alongside Balongue Design and Orion Builders is thrilled to be renovating and creating The Pullman Restaurant & Bar on the site of the old Tango Restaurant that sits directly on the south side tracks of the Bryn Mawr train station. Although the original train station was built in 1869 it was then demolished and rebuilt in 1963 the ‘freight and baggage’ building still remains and is the new home to The Pullman Restaurant & Bar. The concept of this sleek and chic new restaurant will take its cues from The Pullman dining cars of the 1940’s which will offer guests a quintessential railcar dining and drinking experience but with contemporary twists that elevates the guests experience. Featuring the glamorous Pullman Main Bar and Piano Lounge serving ‘small plates’, artisanal cocktails, craft beers and offering an adventurous wine list side by side with the sounds of live music. The Pullman Restaurant will boast private event spaces for meetings and dining nooks dedicated for intimate gatherings. Seasonal outdoor dining at the “‘10/14’ Bar on the Rails” is perfect for relaxing and enjoying appetizers, cocktails and a wide variety of local and craft beers and selections from the wine list. The Pullman Restaurant and Bar, Bryn Mawr will be offering full dining menus for lunch and dinner service accenting American cuisine as well as ‘small plate’ lounge menus. Daily Specials will be displayed on The Pullman’s very own Solari split flaps board. These signature dishes will be spotlighting the freshest of local ingredients, from nature to table produce, prime meats, seafood and fish as well as free range chicken and pasta dishes. To complete the dining experience the dessert menu will offer selections of savory and scrumptious convections. The Pullman Restaurant and Bar, Bryn Mawr looks forward to welcoming their guests Spring 2022. All Aboard…
