We are working with Executive Chef Joel Vallar on several projects around the resort. We are designing and building an all new Zest Beach Kitchen. Chef Joel out grew the current Zest Kitchen so we are starting from scratch to create an area that will better service this wonderful restaurant. We are also designing and building an all new feature for the resort, the Robata Grill which will be an out door dining experience showcasing this Japanese cuisine. Lastly we are creating a new Breakfast Buffet area which will feature an interactive culinary station.
